A high-powered delegation from the Renewed Hope Vanguard for Tinubu, led by its National Coordinator, Chief Austin C. Oguejiofor, on Tuesday paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Rt. Hon. Abdullahi Yusuf Atah, in Abuja.

The visit, according to a statement signed by the minister’s media aide, Seyi Olorunsola, was to commend the minister for his outstanding contributions to the Renewed Hope Housing Project—a flagship initiative under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration aimed at significantly reducing Nigeria’s housing deficit and transforming the country’s urban infrastructure.

Chief Oguejiofor lauded the minister’s commitment and achievements, noting that the Renewed Hope Vanguard for Tinubu is impressed by the passion, energy, and vision Atah has brought into his office.

“The Renewed Hope Vanguard is a grassroots mobilization structure committed to supporting President Tinubu’s reform agenda and laying the foundation for his re-election in 2027,” Oguejiofor stated.

“We are here to encourage the Honorable Minister and to seek his support in spreading the message of Renewed Hope across communities.”

In his remarks, Rt. Hon. Atah warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed gratitude for their support and encouragement. He emphasized that the Renewed Hope Housing Project is not merely about providing shelter but about restoring dignity and economic opportunity to Nigerian families.

“Housing is a key driver of social stability and economic empowerment,” Atah said. “We are determined to deliver homes that are affordable, accessible, and built to last. Your role in public sensitization is vital to ensuring Nigerians understand and support these efforts.”

The delegation later proceeded to the national headquarters of the All Progressives Congress (APC), where they were received on behalf of the National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, by his Chief of Staff, Mallam Mohammed Garba.

Chief Oguejiofor conveyed the group’s appreciation to the party leadership and reiterated their commitment to promoting the Renewed Hope Agenda nationwide. He also commended President Tinubu’s bold economic and social policies, such as the removal of fuel subsidy to redirect resources to development.

Also cited is the unification of exchange rates for transparency in the monetary system; the Renewed Hope Conditional Cash Transfer Scheme to support vulnerable Nigerians as well as the new student loan scheme for tertiary education access and renewed efforts to combat insecurity nationwide among others.

In response, Mallam Garba thanked the group for their solidarity and assured them that their message would be conveyed to Dr. Ganduje, who was away on national assignment in Nasarawa State with President Tinubu.

The Renewed Hope Vanguard for Tinubu reaffirmed its dedication to fostering unity, promoting good governance, and engaging citizens on the policies of the Tinubu administration.

The group announced plans to intensify its grassroots outreach in the coming months with community mobilization, public education, and support initiatives across the six geopolitical zones.
