The United Kingdom (UK) has announced a policy change regarding the eligibility of international students to bring dependants into the country, specifying that only those pursuing Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) studies are permitted to do so.
Dr. Richard Montgomery, the British High Commissioner to Nigeria, disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday in Abuja.
