President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Sheikh Muhyideen Ajani Bello, a revered Islamic scholar known for his wisdom, spiritual depth, and dedication to humanity.
Sheikh Bello, who passed away at the age of 84, left a legacy of profound religious insight and advocacy for peace and social harmony.
In a statement issued on Friday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu described Sheikh Bello as a man of remarkable intellect whose life was devoted to serving Allah and spreading the teachings of the Quran.
“Sheikh Bello’s early discovery of his divine purpose and his dedication to prayers, study, and meditation profoundly shaped his message and influenced the destinies of countless individuals,” the President noted.

The President extended his condolences to Sheikh Bello’s family and the Muslim community, offering prayers for the scholar’s soul to find eternal peace.
