Barring any last minute change in plan, President Bola Tinubu is expected to return to Nigeria today (Wednesday), according to the Presidency.
This is coming after days of silence on the whereabouts of the Mr. President after his last official trip to Saudi Arabia.
Special Adviser to the President on information and strategy, Bayo Onanuga, announced the president possible return today in a post on his X handle on Tuesday.
He said the President has been in Europe and will be arriving the country with his aides.

He wrote: “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, along with his aides, will return to Nigeria tomorrow (Wednesday) from Europe.”
Grassroots Parrot reports that President Tinubu left the country last month on official visits to the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia.
He has not returned to the country since the engagements elapsed on April 29, 2024, prompting speculations on the reason for his eventual private trip.
