Hauwa’u Adamu, the 75-year-old mother of popular All Progressives Congress (APC) praise singer, Dauda Kahutu Rarara, has regained her freedom from suspected bandits .
The abductors released Hauwa’u Adamu on Tuesday after 20 days in captivity.
Grassroots Parrot had reported how she was kidnapped from her residence on June 28, 2024, in Kahutu village of Danja local government area of Katsina State.

The bandits demanded N900 million as ransom from the singer, but this medium cannot confirm if the ransom was paid as of the time of filing this report.
However, in a latest development, a video posted TikTok by Rarara shows him reunited with his mother.
Rarara, who expressed profound gratitude for his mother’s safe return, thanked everyone who supported him during the ordeal.
The police and other security agencies are yet to provide additional information on the circumstances surrounding her release.
