The Councilor of Kofar Mazugal Ward in Dala Local Government Area of Kano State, Alhaji Shehu Babba Alhassan, has died at the age of 55, Grassroots Parrot exclusively reports.
According to a family source, Alhaji Alhassan succumbed to his battle with cancer on Wednesday at the Mallam Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital.

The source said his family, alongside members of the Kofar Mazugal community, have made arrangements for his funeral, which is set to take place later today, Thursday morning.
The late Councilor, a member of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), is survived by his wife and five children.
