A high-level delegation from the Communist Party of China (CPC), led by Dr. Wu Yan, a member of the CPC Leading Group and Vice Minister of Education, visited Nigeria’s ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at its national secretariat in Abuja today.

The delegation was welcomed by APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, and other members of the National Working Committee (NWC).

The visit marks a continuation of diplomatic engagement and mutual interest between the APC and CPC, focused on strengthening political and educational ties.

During the meeting, Dr. Wu Yan informed Ganduje of the CPC’s commitment to fostering international partnerships and made mention of China’s ongoing dedication to cooperative educational and cultural exchanges.

Dr. Ganduje expressed appreciation for the CPC’s visit, noting that collaboration between the two parties could serve as a foundation for shared learning and policy development.

This engagement, he stated, could also pave the way for more discussions on governance, development strategies, and effective administration.

The discussion also touched on future opportunities for shared initiatives in education, aiming to leverage China’s extensive experience in educational reform and digital learning.
