As President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, marks two years in office as the 16th President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Honourable Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Rt. Hon. Abdullahi Yusuf Atta, has extended heartfelt congratulations and commendations for what he described as “visionary leadership and courageous reforms” that have redefined Nigeria’s national trajectory.
In a goodwill message released through his media aide, Mr. Seyi Olorunsola, the Minister praised President Tinubu’s unshaken patriotism and relentless pursuit of a prosperous and inclusive Nigeria under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
“These two years have been marked by bold decisions, historic interventions, and an unwavering focus on building a resilient, inclusive, and prosperous Nigeria,” Atta noted. “Mr. President’s commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda has rekindled national confidence and signaled a decisive shift in our national direction.”

According to him, these moves are already beginning to yield results, with improved macroeconomic indicators, growing investor confidence, and stabilizing foreign exchange reserves.
He lauded the President’s empathy in cushioning the effects of the reforms through social intervention programs aimed at supporting the most vulnerable. “This blend of reform and compassion is the hallmark of responsive and responsible leadership,” he emphasized.
On national security, the Minister commended the Tinubu administration for significant gains, noting enhanced military capacity, improved morale among security forces, and the restoration of calm in previously volatile regions. “The nation is gradually regaining its territorial integrity, and Nigerians are beginning to feel safer,” he said.
Rt. Hon. Atta also praised the administration’s inclusive approach to governance, describing Tinubu’s appointments and policies as reflective of Nigeria’s ethnic, religious, and gender diversity. “The spirit of national cohesion is rising again,” he said.
Turning attention to the housing sector, the Minister hailed the Renewed Hope Housing Initiative as one of the most transformative policies of the Tinubu administration. He described it as a “legacy in the making” that addresses Nigeria’s housing deficit, creates jobs, and empowers local industries.

He concluded with a message of gratitude and hope, praising the resilience of the Nigerian people and expressing optimism for the country’s future under President Tinubu’s leadership.
