Residents of CBN Quarters on Hadejia Road, Kano, were thrown into mourning on Saturday when a 60-year-old man, Sabi’u Yusha’u Unguwa Uku, tragically drowned after falling into an abandoned well.
The incident was confirmed by Saminu Yusif Abdullahi, the Public Relations Officer of the Kano State Fire Service, who detailed the circumstances surrounding the unfortunate event.
