Renowned elder statesman and business mogul, Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata, has donated N1.5 billion to support victims of the devastating flood in Maiduguri, Borno State. He made the donation during his visit to the Borno State Government House on Tuesday, expressing his condolences to Governor Babagana Zulum and the state’s people.
96-year-old billionaire, who led a delegation from Kano, lamented the worsening economic conditions in the country and urged political leaders and elites to repent and fear Allah in their dealings. He also prayed for peace and harmony in Borno and across Nigeria.
