The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Kano State Command, has intensified its efforts to combat drug-related activities, conducting major raids at notorious drug hotspots across the metropolis.
The operation, carried out on January 30, targeted areas notorious for drug trafficking and abuse, including Fagge, Kwarin Kaya, Kofar Wambai, and Kofar Mata.
As a result, 18 suspects linked to various drug offenses were arrested, and significant quantities of illicit substances were recovered.
