The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Isaac Omodewu, has passed away in the United States of America after a prolonged battle with an undisclosed illness.
Omodewu, who had left Nigeria in November 2023 for medical treatment, succumbed to his ailment after nearly a year of receiving care. The news of his demise was confirmed by the APC’s state publicity secretary, Olawale Sadare.
“Our chairman is dead,” Sadare stated briefly when contacted by newsmen, confirming the unfortunate development.
